Ive been coming to this location for about 7 or 8 months and every time I come here. Everyone is nice and helpful. Morgan wins the coolest employee! She and Jose work great together and are very helpful with my needs. I need a discount because I give my business to your store almost weekly! ??

Tuesday August 6th 2024, I called the store to ask questions about juice and nicotine strength the lady that answered the phone at approximately 3:30 p.m. in the afternoon did not feel that is was her responsibility to look and see if they had what I was looking for she told me that I could come look myself but that she was not going to look for me and then proceeded to hang up the phone. This is not my first terrible experience at this location which is a subsidiary of Vape City. Whoever this employee is should be fired immediately because I will never return to this location.

Never enjoyed spending more money than I planned more than at this establishment. I went in for one thing and then was quickly convinced to purchase something more effective . The environment is nice , the employees are welcoming and helpful . You aren’t treated like a burden or a bother . They actually help you with your purchase and can give you recommendations that seems to be valid . Check them out !

Purchase a product from this establishment, got home to find the package empty. Returned to the store for them to tell me all sales are final and asked if I'd like to purchase some more. I don't suggest coming here unless you want your money stolen from you.
