I went to this boost location to see about upgrading my phone two billing cycles ago I was told that I needed to change my number to be on their new network. I did as I was told although I strongly did not want to change my number. I paíd 194 for the phone and 25 for a phone case. Ever since then , my phone line Is trash!! I have open tickets on my line. Phone cuts out, call Drop, error message that I am not connected to a network. It is horrible and all boost can tell me is my ticket has been escalated. I never had issues with my previous line that is now assigned to a new person. What a bunch of lies!

I came yesterday and I buy or switch to boost mobile and I pay almost 500 dlls just for 2 iPhones 11 very expensive

Wow . This store is great. I came in with $300 and got exactly what I wanted. Max had great customer service and I greatly appreciated all his help. I definitely made the right decision walking into the store.
