Horrible experience. Their website and Google both claimed it accepted After-Hour drop-offs, while the key box had a sticker that said they didn't. They had us on the phoen for an hour and transfered us 5 times to "customer service".
Ended up leaving the truck at some gas station with a Budget shop inside, only for them to tell us the next day that they DO allow after hours drop off.
THEN, they don't communicate that they already closed the order and rented it to another customer, which we only find out after we went back to get the truck again.

Didn’t seem much interested in doing his job or helping I work in customer service so I know how important it but I guess not for this company no options for cars and kinda just shut us down will go to a different company

I have had to rent cars from Avis and budget numerous time over the last 6 months great customer service. Heather is amazing she has helped me numerous times and is absolutely amazing. I will definitely continue to rent from this location in the future.

I booked a rental for this place everything looked OK wen I went pick up car and pay they going tell me our credit score has least b 600 or above they could told me wen I booked it wat waste of my time it's not like I was renting or buying a house I had to cancel my trip out town for this stupidity

Avis/ Budget on Fairmount the lady at the desk was very rude and would not rent me anything besides a mini van that I did not want. She talked to me like I was stupid and told me the Ford expedition was a "special car" and said she didn't think I could afford it. When I told her I absolutely could she told me " I don't understand why you can't just take the mini van it's a one day rental "I had a reservation for a full size car not a mini van. She then proceeded to tell me the expedition was already reserved for 2 days away!! So she would not rent it. Needless to say I left and went to Enterprise.. u might pay a little more there but u get what u pay for clearly..

When getting rental vehicles they already have damages. And want to charge you months later for something you didn’t do !!!! Save your time and money!

I’ve rented cars from these people on several occasions, always put in for a full-size car and always get the total opposite. Then on top of that the vehicles are never clean.Then They have the audacity to charge a fee for after hours drop off.smh

I rented online and paid for a Camry or something similar. What I received was an AWD Mazda SUV. It consumed 30% more fuel and road like a truck. This is not something I would repeat. When I said something to the service attendant upon return of the rental, she made no comment and processed my paperwork.

Called to ask a simple question and was given a bunch of attitude with very little reasoning behind it. Coming from a person who has a lot of patience and understanding…it really upset me I wasn’t allowed to properly explain myself without a rude response. MANNERS MATTER!!!
