  I got my eyebrows waxed. When walking in, I was greeted with smiles and they remembered me, even though I haven’t had time to go for a few months bc I have littles at home. The staff here are welcoming and they have excellent customer service!

  I came into this location with my aunt wanting shellac, I haven’t had my nails redone in two weeks (my nails grow out fast). I made the comment to my aunt, but little do the workers know I speak and understand Chinese. The fat shamming, and calling us stupid was so uncalled for I will NOT support a place like this. After they realized I knew what they were saying they all miraculously stopped talking. It was dead silent in the salon. These women are so disrespectful it’s disgusting, imagine what they say about other people who CAN’T understand them.
  
  UPDATE:
  Called the location and they refused to let me speak with the owner. The lady who fat shammed me and my family and called us stupid Americans when I am not American; her name is Ann, she is stuck up, and thinks she’s better than you.
  Do NOT recommend this place. Lack of accountability.

  Peaceful vibe the entire mani, pedi experience was very pleasant. I rate them a little above average because the service was great and service was quality and I was out in one hour i love the quick quality service and I paid $104.

  Went in for a manicure and dip removal. The staff is professional. The salon is clean. The prices are reasonable. And the quality of work is excellent.

  Been coming here for at least 10+ years and even with management change the atmosphere is still the same. ??Ms. Tina (the best pedi), Ms. Linda, Ms. Ms. Lee & Ms. Angela they are the BEST with mani and nails. I don't care if I move all the way to the north or way to Galveston I will still pass all the other nail salons just to come to Carol's Nails ??

  Very friendly! My sister and niece are regulars so I gave them a try…Helen did a great job on my nails…I even went back for a new set! Will definitely be my go to nail salon
