Always look forward to going to Cato Fashion. They have so many clothes to choose from and just about every size. The ladies that run the Pasadena Catos on Spencer are always very friendly and helpful.

Atmosphere and associates for the most part are nice. Today was infuriariating. There's a lady that works there. Forgot to get her name. She's a skinny white lady, looked in her 60s, clearly wears too much eye make up, rocker wannabe, accused my mother of stealing. My mother was trying on clothes when a security magnet either fell off one of the pieces of clothing or fell of the seat of the fitting room and rather than asking, she immediately put on a hideous face and was just lurking around the fitting room. I asked her if she thought that my mother was going to steal something and she responded "well the security pins don't just fall off like that." Apparently all it takes is a magnet for them to come off. Who knew. It made me so upset that she was accusing us of stealing. We had quite a few pieces of clothing that we were going to purchase. Left everything there and left the store.I love that store, but won't be coming back until she is either gets fired or leaves.

Heather , Brandi , and Jen are so caring and helpful. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable . I’ve been having a rough time with my appearance lately and they make sure you feel beautiful. I will definitely be going again !

Staff was super nice even though I came running in 10 minutes before closing. Kept offering to get me set up in a dressing room and telling me to take my time. Great selection on the store and I was able to find what I needed easily.

CATOS always have in stocks beautiful clothes. One of the ladies there, she has salt and pepper hair and she was so kind to me. She is very pretty.

First visit here. All staff were wonderfully upbeat and very helpful. Quick to know the inventory to suggest great ideas of items to compliment my choices of purchases. Store was clean. Easy to get through and greeted immediately. They all were happy to help not shrug like we were inconveniencing them as many other stores. Simply excellent shopping experience.
