The sales people were very nice and courteous. They were very patient with me helping me pick out a new pair of boots, shirt, jeans, belt, and buckle. I highly recommend Cavenders. They’re good people.

Very sweet girl named Brittney who worked there. I always feel bad bringing back a high dollar item because I know it'll affect their sales for the day and they need to make quotas and such. She was just so kind and understanding and didn't make me feel awkward about it at all. Go see her!!

Decent selection but it was pretty disorganized in the men's boot section, all the way to the very top of the shelves. Also getting stared down by every employee is a bit uncomfortable. I do understand asking if a customer needs assistance which I appreciate- however, staring us down the entire time we're in the store was weird.

Had an issue with pricing and labeled discounts when purchasing boots. Management ignored the cashier for 40 minutes, calling for assistance as the manager on duty was steaming hats. I was asked to wait until she was done, which I did holding up the line only to be disregarded as she came to process returns and didn't care about my request an hour earlier!!! Unacceptable and, yes, thankfully I recorded her arrogant excuses and emailed it to corporate with a formal complaint.

I visited Boot Barn Webster and the Webster and Edgebrook Cavender's prior to going to the Pasadena Cavender's. While the other 3 were OK, the folks at the Pasadena Cavender's were really great at Customer Service. I was greeted the second I walked in the door and was asked what they could help me with. I was in search of a specific hat. They sent me to the hat section where Chris helped me. We talked about what I wanted and he had me try several hats while explaining the fit of the hats that I tried on. I found the hat I was searching for and Chris did his magic with the steam shaping and fitting. I ended up purchasing my MAGIC hat! Perfect, comfortable, fit and shape! Pasadena Cavender's will now be my goto store!

Came in 1/1/25 and most of the workers were staring at me. Couldn't really shop comfortably and was asked if I needed assistance like 5 times in a 10 minute span.

We were able to help ourselves, but it did take us a while. I would have appreciated a clerk giving us assistance. They do have a good inventory.
