I love this bank! I was able to get a credit card and I was able to open a bank account with no problems. Also so much thank you’s for Karlee, She was super sweet and was helpful with answering my questions and concerns I had, she made the process of opening an account so much easier! ?

I only selected 1 star because there is no negatives. I came to this location for help on an online deposit I made. The teller Aracely and Abigail has the audacity to tell me that my bank account was showing negative because I had used the funds that i made a deposit on. Even went about printing my statement to show me. Funny part those funds were never approved. So i called customer service and they actually took the time to look into it, as i had expected from the tellers to do so. Instead they accused me of using funds that were never approved. I work with customers and one thing you should do if you work in a field were you see customers all day is listen. Customer service over the phone looked into it and in less than 5 minutes solved my issue. People with no patience to listen to the customer and be part of the solution shouldn't work in a customer service based field. We are here to solve or try to find a solution to our customer's problems, not immediately assume the worst. Kuddos to the lady who greets at the door, only one who actually tried to help me.

I went to deposit my check at this branch. The customer service is very good but today I gave the cashier/clerk my check and I told her that I don't have my debit card with me but I have the account number . She handed me a deposit slip and asked me to fill it out. So I told her that usually the cashiers usually fill out the slip for me so she said it was not her job it's upto the cashier if they are willing to do so. What if someone who is unable to read and write comes to the bank ? Will she send the customer back ? she didn't have a name tag but my receipt showed her name as Jaslyn. She was very rude . I have come across this type of cashiers is any of your branches.if she can't treat the customers well she is not fit for the job. She has a tattoo on her right arm.very disappointing service.

P.O.S.!!! Loooooonggg waits to use ATM'S... 3 ATMs and only 1 works.. it never fails NEVER! it's just makes you wanna punch ? someone after waiting 15min in line YOUR!!! TRASH ATM DONT EVER WORK

This Chase Bank ATM always down. They close WAY to early before 5pm. Always a long line at ATM.
