This branch refused to allow us to deposit checks in our business account - saying they weren't written to our company, then refused to check the account and see we operate under a DBA, and ALL of our checks are ALWAYS written to the DBA name. Every. single. check. Literally the worst customer service!!

As a Chase customer of nearly 20 years. It's ridiculous we can't get in contact with them through the phone. Some people are too busy to get in there to see somebody face-to-face. Absolutely terrible customer service

Withdrew some cash about two weeks ago and had requested roll of quarters… just opened up some of the rolls and they had some nickels inside
