Bianca helped me today. She was fantastic. I had lots of paperwork that I had to fill out and truly was overwhelmed. She made me very comfortable she helped me take care of my issues. Unless you work on their Pasadena plant or are a relative of someone who has an account with them — do not bother applying as you are not eligible. Nowhere on their site or application it is stated. They waste your time and collect highly personal information from you on the application— and then tell you about their eligibility rules.
