Kept hearing beeping from above us constantly (we were top row). There were also multiple roaches seen scattering around. Not worth the price I paid.

Not worth your time. They sell movie specific merch a week before you get to see the movie so by the movie date it’s all sold out. They are short staffed on cleaning and will not let you into the theater until 10 min before the movie starts but provide no seating area other than the floor. Movie theaters are dying for this reason exactly, there is no movie experience at all anymore. Just but the mercy a week early and watch it at home. You will be much happier. Lastly, they brought the lights up before the movie was over.
Update: the reply below asked that I call and speak with them. I tried, twice. Waited on hold for 51 min, then tried a second time and waited 10. No one ever answered. Their phone service is just as bad as their in person experience. This is a shame but there is no reason to pay to go to the movies anymore.

If you want a HOT 🥵 experience - where you are dripping in sweat then THIS Cinemark in Pasadena is the right place! We even called ahead to verify A/C okay, since so many Houston businesses often have broken or inept A/C in summer!! Gal sd only 1 theatre room #15 has issue so all rest are good. Nope. Everyone in #8, like us, suffered in sweat. We told someone rt away to help, and she was terrific lady, but heat didn't let up some until last 15 mins of movie 👎🏼.
And popcorn lines?! Forget about that! Found the MAIN concession to be only 1 with 🍿 but lines wrapped around forever!
Comfy seats, yes. Comes w/heat button - in Houston?! We need A/C fan buttons not heaters!!
And I do feel theatres ought to have age limits esp for scary movies. We had to listen to a LOUD approx 3-4 yr old hollering out whole movie. Come on parents! - do better!!! Kids under 14 should not be at scary movies. Where’s the movie employees who used to step in to monitor and listen for issues too?
After I was once again reminded today WHY I don’t enjoy movies out anymore… I’ll say perhaps save your time and $$.

Long time customer of cinemark and have even worked here at one point after tonight it will be my last time, I spent a lot of money to see a scary movie and people were talking and playing on there phones the entire I requested to get my tickets exchanged for a later showing and the manager had such an attitude about it, then I got a ticket for a later one and my god was it worse a bunch of teenagers being extremely loud and obnoxious so again my girlfriend had reported this issue to the manager and she was so rude about it and then said she would send someone in to take care of the issue which she never did I will not be coming back to this theater this is a constant issue with this place. This occured on 9/5/26 at 1045 pm. The manager needs to be fired.

$80 for 5 tickets to a rereleased movie (had to pay for my infant since she was in a carrier. Never been told to pay at any theater before including Cinemark and that location), 1 water, and 1 large popcorn (no refills unless you buy the XL). No previews. My son picked up freshly chewed gum from the night before obviously since this was one of the first movies of the day. He tried to put it in his mouth! Top row had popcorn all over it. 7 people in the theater total. So not like my baby wasn’t going to have a seat. We bought tickets at the exact time of show so not like we got there early and it was going to fill up. Smells so mildewy.

Place sucks. You wait in line for a pizza and the last 1 sells right before you... you cant order one from front! Now i have to wait in a second line. I should be able to olace the order.
Please mop the men's rr EVERY hour...if all that pee gets on my shoes, then I watch a movie.....all that pee is on the foot part of the reclining seats....BLACKLIGHT TEST

The cost of the ticket was a good price. But the margarita $30 dollars. I could had went somewhere else and go it cheaper. Yall nachos aren't that good. The Cinema is good but they need to invest better on their Nachos.
