Sylvia was a wonderful help to me - I will be back to CVS, and I really appreciate her going out of her way to help me. She showed me that I mattered, and for that I am so thankful.

Wish I could give zero stars but will do one because the gentlemen at the pharmacy tried.I go in and ask for where the covid test strips are and the guy said he wasn't sure but would ask. He tried asking the first time and was ignored by both female pharmacist. He then had to get closer to ask one and she had a slight attitude as if annoyed by him taking her away from her personal conversation. She said the back wall of pharmacy which brought me to the pregnancy tests and condoms. Not what I was even asking for, she just seemed like she pointed me to whatever to get me to go away so she can continue her none work related conversation. I went back and said that it led me to the pregnancy tests which wasn't what I needed. She got annoyed and said if its not there we are sold out. Which is such a lie since that whole shelf was full but full of pregnancy tests. Seems like cvs here seemed pike it was going down hill and I definitely won't be coming back to this location. Shame on her and I felt sorry for the gentlemen who tried.

I have been a customer at the CVS at Fairmont and Burke for some years now. The service has been declining lately. Recently, I received a text informing me that my prescription was ready for pick-up. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I was told several reasons why it wasn't ready. The staff seemed confused and couldn't give me an explanation. The pharmacist can to the window and began yelling at me saying they were out of stock for that particular medication and it was not his fault. I informed him that I haven't been particularly happy with the service I have been receiving from this CVS. He told me if I didn't like the service I was receiving, I could go somewhere else. Of course I would love to do just that but my insurance insist I use CVS or mail order. I drove off deciding to use mail order for my maintenance medication instead of dealing with rude, ignorant people. Having transferred my maintenance medication to mail order, I thought, emergency medication and same day prescriptions from my PCP could be sent to CVS since I would need them the same day. But, I received a call the next day informing me that the rude pharmacist requested that all my medications be transferred. CVS has lost me as a customer and I'm sure I won't be the only one. My advice to you is, if your insurance allows you to, choose another pharmacy. You work hard for your money and you should be treated decently by the people working where you decide to spend it. If I could, I would give them zero stars.

I am very disappointed with CVS Pharmacy and the My Chart app after long attempts on attempting to use and troubleshoot the app I'm giving up I was seen 2wice for Covid immunizations and now that I would like to access my documents to be able to provide them to my provider or my employer I am unable too the app has been updating and remodeling for over 3 months it doesn't even acknowledge that I have taken the shots or show my visits those days it's a waist of time I might as well do everything the old fashioned way go in person and ask for a copy then drive the 25+ min to the medical center and hand deliver the docs in person .. so frustrating

I am only recently familiar with this location, but after having been here a few times I can honestly say Every time has been unpleasant. You can't ever put money on any kind of debit card here bc the system never works. The employees are ALWAYS RUDE. Even when you go out of your way to be extra nice to try and get a friendly interaction. Just now when I was there, the 2 employees I interacted with were both rude multiple times. EVERY time I talked to them. Then- after I made my purchase- the cashier who checked me out insulted me, and in front of the people behind me in line! He had a double chin and wore a headband like a little girl. The other one looked like a clown with her sharpie drawn on eyebrows and ridiculous lip liner. Then after I got in my truck I saw them come out and they were talking about me and laughing! I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were, or that they would act so insulting without grounds to do so.

Caution. If you don't have your CVS card with you, everything "on sale" will be the original "skin you alive" price. I had forgotten my card and of course they didn't offer to just scan one of theirs. What's with that? Usually they'll be courteous and scan a generic card... just so the store can keep track of what's being sold and give the customer the illusion of getting a deal. Not here. In fact the lady that was stocking shelves had to leave that job and come around to deal with the till. That started her attitude of "I don't want to wait on you." I recommend you drive the extra mile and try another CVS. Or better yet, find a Walgreens.

I will not be returning back to this store again, worse cvs I've been in. The new store manager was very rude to me then yelled at another worker right in front of all the customers then laughed as she walked into the back. Very unprofessional for a manager to be acting that way. Should invest into a well trained manager.
