Cannot get an actual human on the phone. Every prescription has been a nightmare to get filled and taken a week or more. They are unaware of procedures and information regarding Medicaid. I have never had these kinds of issues till I moved to Texas and dealt with CVS.

My husband ordered photos online and went to pick them up. There was no one in the photo area so he found a lady whom he asked very nicely. She was extremely rude and acted inconvenienced and disengaged with her ear buds in. Customer service is extremely lacking. We will use another store or service if we have to order photos.

What's the point of advertising one hour photos if no one is ever able to get around to even printing them? All over the website you advertise they will be ready in an hour- they are never ready even after 48 hours! The worker said I'd get an email saying they were ready, but not once have i ever received any email. Hire more people or don't even advertise the photo center because NO ONE IS EVEN ABLE TO RUN IT. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. One person and a manager running the place is not enough, stop being cheap and hire more help.
Gave up the pharmacy too because it was always chaos.

I switched to this CVS because the Spencer/ beltway location's pharmacy is so slow. The staff at this CVS pharmacy is amazing, everyone is fast and nice even :)

Came to pick a medication, and the pharmacy was closed from 1300-1400. It is extremely ridiculous to shut down the whole pharmacy because of lunch time. The manager needs to learn how to rotate personnel to take lunch at different times. That way, you have always someone providing service to customers. When the pharmacy re-opened, they had 7 people working behind the counter. Why would all 7 had to go at lunch at the same time..?
