Came to pick a medication, and the pharmacy was closed from 1300-1400. It is extremely ridiculous to shut down the whole pharmacy because of lunch time. The manager needs to learn how to rotate personnel to take lunch at different times. That way, you have always someone providing service to customers. When the pharmacy re-opened, they had 7 people working behind the counter. Why would all 7 had to go at lunch at the same time..?

Poor customer service. I waited in the line from 1:50 -2pm because I am sick I pulled myself out of bed to come get my prescription.Jennyfer came to the window and first thing she said was I can’t wait at the window because now they have a line. I need to drive around until they open,Why would anyone do that? She was very rude. Thanks jennyfer for making my bad day even worse!

Poor Customer service...ordered photo's thru online...got automated calls saying they were ready to pickup...even called b4 going. . to make sure..just to get there and hear ..."oh what's the name again"?...who called you "..?...are you sure you talked to me?... bunch of little girls working...never saw one adult working here..and they have a passive aggressive attitude .."ALWAYS "..she also asks.."you know that's an automated call that you recieved"...it's not me calling.."DUH"..so if you by chance go hear..turn back around...don't even bother..with Noemi..?

I don’t like this place service sucks too busy talking to friends the only reason they checked us out was because we were black in good old Pasadena I was visiting my mother in the hospital and had to come and get her a few things and stopped in the city where she is never again!!!

For anyone who uses a OTC card to purchase drug store items, CVS does not accept refunds on products they sell that are purchased with an OTC card. I found out the hard way when I bought something that I had an allergic reaction to and I needed to return it with my receipt. I am a senior, and I won't buy anything again from a CVS pharmacy with a my OTC card. Just so you know, if you have a problem with an item you buy with an OTC card and you need to return it, you will be stuck with the product if you use this type of card. I think its bad business for a store to sell products they wont back up if a return is unexpectedly needed.

Just had the best experience shopping here. The guy working here was incredibly helpful, fast, and willing to go the extra mile. There was an issue with a coupon and he did everything he could to get it resolved all while being very professional.Customer service at it's finest!

Sometimes I drop in to use the photo kiosk, but it is never working. It's always out of printing paper, always doing a self health check or something, and the employees standing around doing not much of anything don't ever seemed the least concerned about getting it working. It's always just a waste of my time coming in.
