My experience at CVS was wonderful & refreshing. Their customer service performed by Nelia is second to none. I felt greatly welcomed & appreciated.

Incompetence at its worst; unfortunately it is an upper management's attempt at more cost saving measures. Employees are under staffed and over worked due to the micro-managing, costing employees and customers dearly. Employees state they will fax the doctor, but never do and never follow up on anything because they do not have any time to spare. Unless they change their management style, they will go bankrupt, which I am kind of hoping for at this stage.

Zero star. I having been waiting to talk with the manager of Spencer store for 31 minutes and still waiting. Unacceptable. I paid for and did not received my photo frame. I'm without words for how poorly this visit was. Again unacceptable.

Very bad experience, the manager treated me in a very bad way. She didn't want me to use my coupons from the application, so I don't understand why they put them in and then they send me my carepass, I'll have to delete it ?♀️I haven't had the pleasure of going to that pharmacy but I already had the displeasure ? I had heard comments about her bad character from that lady, I already verified it for myself I do not recommend

I honestly hate this location it’s always something wrong with the photo printing or the dudes act like they have an attitude, I hate this is my closest cvs when my location pulls it up because I rather drive to Deer Park to take care of my business.

CVS is my to go Store! I love going in CVS Stores to satisfy my everyday needs! The Staff in all stores are very friendly and helpful each time I go in any of the stores! Thank you CVS!
