I have been a customer at the CVS at Fairmont and Burke for some years now. The service has been declining lately. Recently, I received a text informing me that my prescription was ready for pick-up. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I was told several reasons why it wasn't ready. The staff seemed confused and couldn't give me an explanation. The pharmacist can to the window and began yelling at me saying they were out of stock for that particular medication and it was not his fault. I informed him that I haven't been particularly happy with the service I have been receiving from this CVS. He told me if I didn't like the service I was receiving, I could go somewhere else. Of course I would love to do just that but my insurance insist I use CVS or mail order. I drove off deciding to use mail order for my maintenance medication instead of dealing with rude, ignorant people. Having transferred my maintenance medication to mail order, I thought, emergency medication and same day prescriptions from my PCP could be sent to CVS since I would need them the same day. But, I received a call the next day informing me that the rude pharmacist requested that all my medications be transferred. CVS has lost me as a customer and I'm sure I won't be the only one. My advice to you is, if your insurance allows you to, choose another pharmacy. You work hard for your money and you should be treated decently by the people working where you decide to spend it. If I could, I would give them zero stars.

I honestly hate this location it’s always something wrong with the photo printing or the dudes act like they have an attitude, I hate this is my closest cvs when my location pulls it up because I rather drive to Deer Park to take care of my business.

Lili very unpleasant and not helpful Lili didn't allow me to use my coupons. I had to go through the line twice to use my coupons. Then she didn't load the paper for printing coupons until I went through the line twice

I guess posted store hours are loosely followed. 5 different people including myself all left. 810am and not open, posted signage and Google's shows hours open at 8.

This CVS was not a good stop. I stopped to search for a few household items, but needed to stop at the restroom first. Oh my goodness, worst decision ever. The associate let me in and said, “the restroom to the left.” Didn’t pay it any mind because on the door it stated for customers. Went in and saw 4-5 empty rolls of tissue and no seat liners and the soap dispenser was laying down on the baby changing station. I turned around and saw the associate was gone. I saw an open tissue package in the hallway space, so I took a roll and went into the restroom. I wouldn’t have went in, but I drunk two bottles of water and a tea on my way from Iowa Colony, so I had to go. My suggestion is the associates need to pay attention to the restrooms if they’re going to offer one for the customers. It was a mess. My photo doesn’t even show how bad in person it was. Trust me, I won’t be back.

This is probably the worst run CVS Store that I have ever been to. Asking the "Manager' (a young man) a question on prices on a couple of items. He doesn't know, or care to check and says call the "Main Manager" in the morning. So What's your purpose then if not to fill in for the manager? So I call and no one ever answers their phone, how do stores get away with not answering their calls? I gave up and left. I will NEVER GO back to that store Again!!
