This center sent back a lot to our nursing home bleeding profusely, with blood all the way down the wheels of his wheelchair and when I called the center to ask is there was any problem that took place during the exchange, the charge nurse got so defensive and offensive. Totally unprofessional. Not even concerned about the patient, she continued asking me if I was a new nurse (30 years experience). Nurses nowadays, what a shame.

I got my appendix removed and I went there too get staples removed when I mentioned that I only had Medicaid insurance they didn’t seem thrilled about it, besides the fact that when it came time to get my staples removed, the doctor did it Carelessly too quickly as if he was rushing the procedure and it was a very painful experience. I do not recommend this facility at all. Do not come here, especially if you have Medicaid or government help. Worst experience of my life not only that they didn’t even bother to put a Band-Aid, or any type of coverage after the procedure 0 stars in my opinion ??

I would like to say since I’ve been at this clinic I have had a better experience here thanks to Mikayla who is amazing and a big thank you to Mary and Shanelle who are awesome at their job and Ebony who makes sure I get what I need.

I'm currently a patient here so far the changes has been good! Nurses Eboni and Karla are great and have been making a lot of changes I'm grateful for. I like the fact if I need to change to 1st shift if I need to go out of town I can do it with no problem

I would like to share my comment and my review. My life changed a year ago and coming to Devita Pine has really made my life better, the love and the kindness that I get from the nurses and the tech here is incredible. I’m glad I chose this place to be able to come and have my treatments. I feel as though everyone here is like family, and I feel going through dialysis. I’m not going through it alone. Everyone here has treated me with so much kindness and so much respect which is very important for me, I would give them a 10, but since there’s only five stars, I gotta give them the max way to go, ladies and gentlemen

IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! I wish that there was a negative scale to rate this place it is One of THE WORST Davita locations EVER! The staff is ALWAYS running behind which makes everything else run behind. They don't care about your chair time, they'll show favoritism to patients that they like (the older patients who don't say much or advocate for themselves).

My 2nd day here, I waited in the lobby for 2 hours. My chair time is 9am. I showed up early and waited tillafter 10am. They knew I was there bcuz other patients were going in and out. They saw me, said hi and that was all. They didn't let me know anything. I was just sitting there. I ended up leaving bcuz I sat there so long. Smh.
