I went once and called three times asking for a quote two weeks ago, and I don't have it yet. In my own experience, they don't value your business if you are paying cash cause every time they asked if I was going to use insurance.

We brought in my son’s car that was involved in a car accident off a referral. Our referral was right, we received absolute amazing service and we got his car back in a reasonable timeframe.
Not even a month later, he was involved in another accident (both not his fault) but we brought it back to Diaz because we knew we would be taken care of right.
I truly recommend if you ever find yourself feeling helpless and not wanting to deal with the bigger shops. everyone here treats you like family and with respect. Great people & great service!

My wife took her car there and it took way too long. They said 2 weeks and it turned into more than a month. Communication was horrible and every time I called the wait was even worse. We could never get ahold of the person working on our car so updates were never a thing. To top it off when we finally picked up the card the boss said told let the front desk lady know our favorite restaurant so he could send us a gift card for all the troubles and we never got it!💀

What this man only knows is to charge, he does what he wants, never what the client wants, and he charges for new parts that he doesn't even pay, but if the insurance doesn't pay him, he does want the client to pay what he says he did. . I do not recommend it.

Horrible experience with this shop. I went in for minor repairs on my vehicle through the insurance. It took them over a week for pictures and then it had been 3 wks after and the estimate had not been sent to the insurance even though I would call them and my insurance was also calling. Eventually they stopped answering my calls and I had to restart at another shop. I was patient with them because of the previous good reviews but I don’t know what has changed or if they are overwhelmed but they need to improve with their overall business.April 27th A follow up of previous review. They finally sent the estimate to my insurance and I was able to get my vehicle serviced. The job on my vehicle was excellently done. I am very pleased with the work they did but I am still disappointed at the whole process.Service: Body & Trim

Don’t waste your time here. Reached out over two months ago regarding some body work and it’s been nothing but lies and incompetence especially from the clueless receptionist that can’t ever give you a straight answer. They say they’ll get back to you but never do. You need to keep calling and calling or they’ll just forget about you. That’s not how you run a business. I finally gave up after 5 weeks and got the job done somewhere else, I should’ve done that to begin with but somehow this place has decent reviews so I thought it’d be worth the wait but it turned out to just be a waste of time and energy.
