First time ever I got attitude from a cashier. Cashiers always friendly except for today. Cashier long tinted hair had poor attitude. More interest in her phone than helping me out. Wouldn’t even move out of the way when I was walking to the checkout. Had to ask her to move and when she wouldn’t I had to walk around her. Just stood there in front of me. At the cash register no greeting. Just scanned my purchases and grunted a little. Oh well.

If I could give it a 0 star I would! There’s this new guy that works here and when I came 5 minutes before closing the doors were already locked smh! If that’s the case then y’all should close at 9:55pm! I thought the doors couldn’t close until closing time which is at 10pm!! All I had to get was a gallon of water, that’s it! There was even a time when that same guy told me not to use a certain card since it was taking forever and taking money out the card in small amounts instead of all at once. Since this card is a Cigna debit card. He told me why I just don’t pay it out of my money!? ??♀️ As if he knew my financial situation and as if he offered to pay it out of his pocket! ??

They give you digital coupons but when you go to the checkout to pay, the cashier tells you that the coupons are not applied and you have to pay more. when you already scan the coupons and say that they apply but you get that they were not applied.

It's says it closes at 11 pm on Saturdays but I was close at 9.50pm

good selection of stuff, and clean store. only issue is store says closes at 11, but when i arrived at 9:45pm i was harassed about how they were closing in 10 min, 5 min etc. so store should update their time to reflect correct hours so i don't get rushed next time i visit.

Im not sure why google keeps changing the hours for this store but I work there and we have never stayed open till 11pm and it causes a lot of problems for the customers who think we are open. I keep posting an edit to the times and google changes it for about a week then changes it back. Someone from google even called the store and asked our hours of operation and was told 8am to 10pm sun thru sat please stop changing it to 11pm nightly. Its not fair to the customers or the employee's who get yelled at bc we arent open at 11 pm at night. Please change the time its causing a lot of issues.

It's open and the lights are off.

Love this Dollar General they have the cutest farmhouse decor. And the prices are unbeatable. You just have to go right after they get there shipment in because they sell out real quick.

I come regularly to this place and Well I came in today to buy a lighter and other essentials but when I got to the register I was ID so I showed my ID and clearly I’m over 21 because as I showed the register lady told her i was born In the year 1999 she looked and didn’t want to sell me the lighter Not my first time buying lighters and cigarillos here so I just didn’t get my things I just left

The whole staff needs to look up the definition of customer service. I have worked in retail for over 25years, and anytime a customer says the price is posted differently, I go check. Nope, both the cashier and his superior said, "Well, it's ringing up this..."That is so disrespectful. I would highly recommend shopping else where.
