I been coming to this dollar tree for the longest time since its the closest to my house. Today i took my grandmother with me. She had to use the restroom, the manager “Steph” told her the restroom were closed. Not because they werent working but they dint have public restrooms! This is a lie. I been in that restroom plenty of times even tho it is not the cleanest but when you gotta go you gotta go! I even double checked with the other cashier and she was rude about it.
I asked if she had the key to the restroom and she said “ yall asked her(steph) and she said no” and i asked her “dont yall have public restrooms?” She said “the manager said no” i was so pissed off i asked her for the managers name and she mumbled it low. I asked her for it again and thats when she said “steph” . This is not cool, it was an elderly women who had to use the restroom, imagibe it was a kid. They cant hold it like everyone else! Not cool dollar tree. Yall need to train yalls employees in customer service. If we dont shop here then yall get no business, then they have no jobs! Super pissed! ?

Shout out to the two ladies that work the morning shift. This is the neatest dollar tree that I go to. I will wait until I go to work just to go to this dollar tree and I live on the other side of town, it’s always organize. You can always find everything you need. Good job ladies.

I often come to this location, it is the closest one, it usually has a little bit of everything, the problem here is that there are long lines to pay because they only open 1 box, it is a long wait to leave the store

The store manager, Steffany, was extremely helpful. She contacted different stores for an item I was looking for and got back to me promptly with a response. The store was busy but she still took the time to listen to me and help. Someone give the woman a raise!!!!!! God bless her and the lovely staff there!
