Horrible customer service! Just getting hours of operation was a hassle. I was hung up on several times and screamed at by old man. I tried explaining I needed to make arrangements to pick up my car from his lot and he refused to give his hours. He insisted I tell him when I was going to show. When I called back he refused to answer my calls. When I googled the place his hours of operation were posted. So what was so hard to give the information over the phone.

Always curious about other reviews but I honestly had a pleasant experience with this company. The owner is actually a sweet old lady not the wrecker driver. Anyways she had all the paperwork ready that was a detailed bill for how much everything costs and for what, all I had to do was show proof I was on the insurance and had no issues retrieving my vehicle. Will use again if ever needed.

The owner who is an old sweet lady did a fantastic job helping me. They're open 24/7 if you are picking up your vehicle and like 8/9-5 if you're picking up your belongings. She gave me a detailed receipt so I knew how much the tow fee was along with state regulated things they have to do like notification and storage fees. The wrecker driver is just an employee so the negative reviews have me like what? Lolol.

Very rude and unethical of a human making it seem like it's my fault to hurry up charing extra when it wasn't extra be watchful with this old wrinkled man trying to rip u off.Had to call the police so he can give me my car back and he did what he had to do which is give me my car with no extra charge had no choice. I wouldn't even give him a star for being such a liar & ferocious uncouth being wasting the cops time & mine

God help you if you ever have the misfortune of coming into contact with this company. I was trying to help a friend get information on getting her car out their impound lot. The person who answered the phone speech was so slurred that I could barely understand what he was saying. He was rude. I want to find out what agency governs the behavior of this company and report them.Service: Vehicle wrecking

I was involved in a wreck and this guy was called to come get my car. Online and on here it states the hours are 24 hours. I proceeded to call the owner to verify on Friday evening before I made the drive, because I need things I wasn't able to get out my car & because it's 23 minutes away. He tells me to come in the morning just call him when I'm on the way. Cool, I call in the morning. He says he apparently told me they are only open from 8-5 M-F. That's not what I was told nor what is on your website. Not only that but then he starts going off on me about how most people are inconsiderate and only care about themselves. What? Then I was hung up on. I'm only doing what you told me to do. Now if this was a new tow, I'm sure he would've jumped to help. This place only cares about getting their money and not actually helping the customer, which explains why they have such a low rating. This place never would've been my first choice and if you have a choice please choose elsewhere. For the owner, you'll never prosper in life being rude to all your customers.

Completely rude and unprofessional! I called to see where my deceased sister's vehicle is at. The "owner" told me it was gonna take him a while to find something from 6 months ago. I told him I needed him to look for it. He said it was gonna be nearly impossible. I told him being that it's a vehicle, there should be a paper trail. He told me not to tell him how to do his job. I said I'm not telling you HOW to do your job. I'm telling you to do your job and find out where it went. Long story, he basically called me a liar and repeatedly hung up on me. I kept trying to call back and he answered and told me he was goin to block me. He's an a******* I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General's Office. To the owner: you own a raggedy tow yard. You're nothing more than that. See you soon!
