I Spent well over $400 on three arrangements to be delivered on specific times. When the time elapsed and the arrangements had not arrived I called the store and asked if my order was on the way she nonchalantly said that the driver still needed to come pick up the arrangements and it would be at least another two hours.. complete disregard of any inconvenience this causes. Didn’t apologize. This location is complete garbage and I will never spend a dime nor suggest them to anyone

I received an Easter gift from my daughter from you and my husband and I have been enjoying the delicious desserts, grapes, pineapple flowers, chocolate covered goodies and cupcakes, so much. Thank you for your goodies. BTW this isn’t the first time we’ve enjoyed your food and hopefully it won’t be the last . Thank you!!!

Drove 45 mins for my order here for the 1st time and it was not ready. I had to wait for my order to be made, this was for a party. I called to complain about an issue with my order and the owner was very rude, he was not sorry at all, he was nonchalant and seem to not care. He basically blamed it on me, the owner has no customer service skills at all. They stated they would replace some of my items. I never got a call back. I hope he understands his store stays open because customers come in to buy his products, you should be kind to them. I would not be going back here, he does not deserve my money.

My sister and I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Edible Arrangements location. I placed an order for my mother’s Valentine’s Day gift and drove 45 minutes to pick it up, only to be told that my order was not ready due to a “glitch in their system.” What’s worse is that no one bothered to call or notify me in advance, even though they were clearly aware of the issue. Instead, I was forced to waste my time and gas, only to be told that my only options were to pick it up another day or get a refund—which completely defeated the purpose of my order.
This is completely unacceptable customer service. If there was an issue with my order, I should have been informed immediately rather than being blindsided upon arrival. This location clearly does not prioritize customer satisfaction or take accountability for their mistakes. I would not recommend ordering from here unless you’re willing to risk your order being canceled or unavailable without notice.

My friend kindly gifted me a flower arrangement and a bouquet. I have always wanted to try this place, and the delivery was quite charming, even including a balloon. However, upon removing the flowers from the packaging and placing them in a vase, I discovered spider webs and a nest all over the flowers. To my dismay, a quarter-sized spider even fell out of them. I am deeply disappointed, as the flowers were truly beautiful. I had intended to use this company for future occasions, but I will not do so anymore.
