Don't move here they don't care about you. Had a roof leak for over 2 months and they don't fix it. Had maintenance guy just show up and spray white paint on the leak so it doesn't look bad. The leak has ruined my furniture and they don't care. All they say is i have to wait and it will be resolved. Will be reporting them to the city. Because that leak is a fire hazard, and can start an electrical fire.

The place definitely needs some security because the cops are always responding to calls there. The parking lots are completely destroyed and the maintenance staff show come to work to do nothing at all. And the most despicable thing is the visitors parking. There is hardly any. It's designed to get you towed. People park across the street at the church but now they will tow you from there also. Sad.

Worst place to live. Super dangerous. They don’t care about the tenants safety. A lot of drugs and crime around. If you love yourself don’t live there. You will regret it like I did.

During the time that i have lived here there have been 3 people shot and killed. There has bee rapid growth in drug associated conduct. Children constantly running around and breaking windows and other damage. The office never answers the phone and when they do they never give you the information needed. I understood this was a cheap and easy move in but it has been a nightmare. Apartments can never guarantee safety but at least they should keep the community in check. I have had to call the police several times due to major problems. My downstairs neighbor was robbed months after they moved in. There was a crazy man high on drugs running around naked. Maintenance stays out occasionally by the back end just drinking (or construction company that does their make ready). When i first moved in, the stove did not work for 2 months straight. I called the office every day and they kept saying someone was going to go out today. The a/c never works. Hot water gets cut off frequently. Management gets replaced every quarter. They do not care about their residents.

Not only is there Roaches in the apartments, there is roaches in the office, and they call themselves managers, they are horrible at lying and WILL pocket your money, I asked them a question and the refused to answer it, took about x5 to get an answer. They tried evicting people without an eviction notice, and gives people 3 days to get out. These apartments are constantly changing management due to pocketing money. There was about 7 murders less than a year, and my neighbors are tripping every night. If you want somewhere nice and cheap, go to Villas of Pasadena next door. If you do move here, Please keep ALLL if your recipts.

The property looks like a trash dump. The parking here makes no sense. If you visit this place park on the street or you'll probably be towed. I parked where the manager told me to and I still got towed. It cost me $315 to get my car back. When I went to the office to confront the manager she said something different than what she told me the day before. By the way, do NOT bring children here. There are multiple hazards where a small child can be injured.
