Horrible I would not be renting with them anymore. I was a loyal customer for 7 years and today they didn’t call me and tell me that my vehicle was not there .now I’m left with no vehicle and everything payed for my trip . The customer service was no help and didn’t seem to be bother that I don’t have a vehicle made it seem like it was my problem and I was bothering them .

I had to leave my car at the car shop and my insurance offered me a rental. It ended up being with this store and I am AMAZED by the good quality of costumer service and overall experience here. They answered all my questions and calls, they kept me updated through messages and phone calls, couldn’t ask for more. It was amazing, thank you so much!
Ms. K was amazing, she was very sweet and patient while explaining the process and showing me the car, she is awesome!

I had a very good experience with the people at this location, definitely call ahead of time to get help and plan accordingly. They will reserve cars for you, the manager said he’s new to the area. Seems like a good person. I appreciate the help and if I need a car rental, will consider this location. Thank you.

Worst experience! Car had horrible smell and was given to me still wet with water stains. I was instructed to drop vehicle at Caliber collision on Friday 01-12-24 and they would pick the car up. On Tuesday late afternoon I received an email from damage control stating there was damage to the car and I was responsible for it. I called damage control and was told by the lady that she could not give me details of the damage nor could share pictures because she didn’t have any. I went to the Enterprise office and was shown pictures of the bumper on driver side lower corner where the gentleman described as bumper dis alignment from lower section. This evening I received another email from the body shop the car was taken to and now it shows greater damage to the bumper no where near to the images I saw in the office and the repair bill over $1,500. The car was rented to me by the person who caused the accident and damages to my car by his insurance… this has become a nightmare!!! I did not cause the damages they claim, on the contrary I vacuumed the vehicle, deodorized it ,detailed the inside plus washed the exterior and hand towel dry ….there was no damages. Of course I’m being told im still responsible for it because it was not at there office even if someone damaged it while at Caliber or in route to Enterprise I’m held responsible, this is not right. Worst experience ever. Called Enterprise on Wednesday no answer, again Thursday no answer, and finally Friday to confirm my reservation, thought everything was good. Monday roll around they say I didn’t make a reservation with the branch, I talk to someone that worked from home so it’s not a true reservation. Kept trying to hassle money out of me to the point I had to call my insurance because it started to not make sense. After 3 1/2 hours of hassle she tries to send me 21 miles out to Baytown. Claudia is the worst with her AAVE tiktok personality.
