My baby boy is attending here at Fairmont KinderCare. As a parent you want a safe, loving, caring and nurturing Environment for your child and that is what we had found here at Fairmont KinderCare.
My sons teacher Mrs.Janelle is always so excited to greet my son for his day and sends lots of pictures, updates on the app, and more! Ms.Ezmy greet with an happy smile and adores not just my son but all who come!!!
Even other teachers know my son by name even though they don’t have him in their class.
Such a great center! From teachers to front office management, this is a place for any child to be.

I wouldn’t recommend bringing your children here. My daughters (toddler & 3 year old) started here in February. Since then they have had very drastic behavioral changes. The poor children here can not bring in their own snacks or their own drinks because the staff doesn’t want to pay attention and do their job correctly. My kids have learned nothing from here but to be rude & disrespectful. Not saying they don’t have their good days but overall the teachers and staff are not very welcoming to the children or parents. There are a very few great teachers but the bad out weighs the good. Would not recommend enrolling your children here. If the teachers don’t like you they will treat your children horribly and out cast them. I just feel like they don’t do a very good job supervising the children, or love them, and are not very attentive to their needs and wellbeing like they should be. Kids are not structured & not fed or treated very well. Teachers are always in a bad mood. Just not a very loving or safe place for babies. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this is not the place for your kids… Thumbs down 👎🏽

My grandchildren have been attending this center for 3yrs, and they have been nothing but the best to them. Ms. Ezmy and Ms. Priscilla have been the most loving and greatest teachers to my babies as well as the others. I've seen them go above and beyond for the children. Especially for birthdays and during the holidays. I enjoy seeing the love they give to the kids. All the staff is always so welcoming when I go pick them up. I'm always greeted with huge smiles, and friendly conversations.

My baby has been attending this daycare for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier with how well she’s doing! I was recommended to this daycare by a friend whose son, Constantine, also goes here and he absolutely loves it! Mrs. Janelle creates such a loving and welcoming environment for the kids. You can tell how much she truly cares about them, and they’re always learning new things in her care. It’s so comforting to know my little one is in a place where she’s safe, happy, and thriving.

Janelle Martinez is a great daycare teacher who’s been nothing but the best with my grandson and the other students in the classroom. He adores her, always exited to see her and his classmates. She is great with all the students, keeping the parents and grandparents up to date with photos and comments.

I wish I could give it negative stars ! Worse place ever do not trust your kids here they will always come back with scratches and bruises and ms Chloe who is very young who physically puts her hands on kids and hold them down is not safe and Shae doesn’t pay attention to the kids at all always in the office on her phone or gone off the site ! Ma Rachel definitely doesn’t not care and u can tell just by seeeing her and her attitude ms Alex omg the worse she try to shadow all the bad stuff happening ! They were reported to the agency ms Bobbie was the best but I still wouldn’t trust this location specifically they are under investigation police was called as well

Such a bad daycare! They don’t care about the kids, they let them do whatever! Bullying is allowed and there’s no reports that are given after any incidents!

Terrible daycare! They do not supervise the children. They let them run around and do as they please. They don’t do anything about bullying and don’t document or provide anything in writing after any altercations happen. Save yourself the money and the headache and go somewhere else

Do not bring your child here. As much as we loved the communication on the app, and the pictures I couldn’t trust my son coming here. The classroom is out of control, the kids in the class are mostly very bad behaved. My son came home saying new nasty words that he had never said before. He also told us his teacher had spanked him when he had an accident on himself, and their response was it was due to another child stating he got his butt beat so he was repeating/mimicking what the other child was doing. We wanted to believe this, but it didn’t add up. On another occasion, he told us he was slapped by another child in his classroom and that the boy got in trouble but we never got any kind of report. They don’t have cameras, so it’s just my word against theirs. We moved him to a different facility with camera access, where we feel a lot more comfortable. We have also seen the police here upon pickup on another occasion. This last week, there was a new director and we had no idea. We are very disappointed, especially with a high reputation like KinderCare we expected more and had higher expectations.

If I could put no stars I would! This center does nothing when my niece gets hurt!! My niece gets hurt at least every other day it seems like. They say they didn’t see what happened or there’s nothing they can do about the child who’s hurting my niece all because the child’s mom works there. UNACCEPTABLE!! My niece has been bitten in the eye and the arm. She’s been hit and scratched and nothing has been done. They don’t pay attention to what is happening to her. Definitely wouldn’t recommend sending your children here at all!!

We love Fairmont Kindercare. The staff are friendly, amazing, and really work to accommodate requests and address any concerns that may come up. They have looked after our daughter since she was 4 months old and have recently supported us in getting her potty trained at 2 years old. They plan a lot of fun activities for the kiddos and I love the app that provides updates as well as photos throughout the day. 10/10 would recommend.

This group of wonderful people are the absolute best with my kids. They have a beautiful facility with an open type floor plan, a couple great play areas, and a locked and coded front entrance. The director, Rachael is amazing and treats me and my children like part of her own family!
