WORST place ever WOULD NOT I repeat would NOT take ANYTHING BACK THERE EVER AGAIN!
I took TWO wedding dresses and TWO veils to get cleaned they told me they would be ready in a week so I went week later to pick up and one of my dresses still is very much dirty but I think about it and okey I just didn't want to make it a big deal, It looked better than it did before I took it. But then I looked on the other bag and I see that im missing my second veil. I called and told the guy that im missing a veil and he tells me that he has one that I need to go and check if it's mine. Then I proceded to ask him what time they close and he tells me that it dont matter what time they close that I have to go in NOW, in such an ugly rude way. So keep in mind I stay in Baytown and I had to go up there once again and he shows me the veil and its not mine, so I explained to him how my veil is and he just cut me off telling me that that's the only veil he has and its someone else's. I told him if he can check cause I brought him TWO VEILS and I told him which one was missing, I asked if he can check the back, so he did only took 5 seconds and he comes back and tells me that he has nothing. I tell him once again that brought it and that he saw both dresses and both veils and he said that no that he only saw one veil and he gave me everything I brought. I started to tell him that I want to talk to whoever worked on my dresses and he bring a lady and I explained to her what was going on and she told me that she just works on them and the Guy is the one that bags them. So there I go again to tell him and he just cuts me off screaming at me telling me that I only brought one and not two that he saw one . WHEN HE CLEARLY STATED EARLIER THAT HE NEVER SAW NOTHING AT ALL .
HE IS RUDE and don’t take responsibility of his mistakes. . If I could I wouldn’t even give them a single star. DONT TAKE YOURE STUFF HERE.

Worse place I’ve ever been to. Do NOT bring your clothes here. They don’t care about their customers, my brother brought in a shirt and he got it back ripped with stains. We went to tell them and the Asian guy said it came like that. Did not give a refund .

Don’t take your here unless you don’t want to wear your clothes again. They come back with holes and stains and they will tell you that’s the way they came in.

If they were an option for no stars the male Asian man who owns the business would get them. Asked for alterations and the dude flipped out and yelled “with what do you want me to do them?!” I said nvm and left

WORST place ever WOULD NOT I repeat would NOT take my clothes back.One you take you’re clothes thinking it’ll be ok when you go to pick up they give you in return other stuff you didn’t and yet they get mad cause they insist that’s what they got from you.Two they mess up you’re new expensive or not clothes.Three supper RUDE and don’t take responsibility on there actions mistakes etc I dislike this place very ugly rude owners. If I could I wouldn’t even give them a single star. DONT TAKE YOURE CLOTHES HERE.Services: Laundry pick-up

Worst place , I took 2 shirts to wash and iron and i got the shirt back with stains, half way iron and they didn’t want to give me a refund back , the guy was so rude screaming like crazy saying that the clothes was ironService: Ironing
