I will use fast signs for all our signage needs, they were professional, artistic, and they communicated to us every step of the process. We actually had a small issue with one of the widows signs and they replaced the entire thing immediately! I fully recommend them!!

We needed our front and side doors of the hospital redone with our new associate DVMs names added. I called and spoke to someone describing what we needed and after sending a quick email with photos of our current door I had a quote within 24 hours and Nick was out to our location to apply the order within 48 hours of our approval of the quote. Quick, professional and very friendly! Will use them again in the future for any of our business needs.

On 4/30/24 morning hours, I went into the Spencer location. I spoke to a guy who went over options for signs and biz cards. He said I would have a proof emailed that afternoon or the next morning. On May 2, I emailed them asking for an update and was ignored. On May 3 I stopped by and the same guy said I would have the 1st proof that afternoon or the next morning. On May 6 I emailed a change in logos and asked for an update. Again ignored. On May 7 I called, and a female answered saying she is the designer and the guy never gave her the info. I asked her to please respond to the email once she spoke to the guy to let me know an estimated time for the proof. I never heard from either of them and never received my requested signs or cards as of today the 13th. They have rent to pay, so what gives, did they they not like the way I looked? I was dirty from work but I was very nice to them. Very unprofessional and flat-out dumb to throw away business.

Seems like a good place, went in on a Thursday to get 2 decals for my truck window, just company logo 3 inch tall x 9 inch wide which the person was able to pull from Google, was told to leave my email and phone number and someone would contact me with a quote. I really was hoping to have had the decal the same day or a day later at best. As of today, Saturday, no phone calls or emails. im very disappointed and feel misled by the establishments name "FASTSIGNS"
