Crystle very pleasant and friendly!! Called to get directions she assisted with smile in her voice and when I came into the store. Great customer service!

This place has lost their mind ! I do regular business with this particular location for copies, printing & shipping for my business. I no longer will use this location or any Fed Ex as the employee was rude after I asked about multiple page fax discount.
UPS Store has my business after today.
I had 20 pages to fax and they wanted almost $50 to fax them. Talk about price gouging.

Went to fax 2 documents and Crystal was amazing she helped me and was so professional, kind, and sweet! I will return to this location if I ever need to fax documents again!

Worst place I have ever been, I just was here right now to try to print some documents and there was 3 employees and none of them knew how to do it, they treated me disrespectful and unprofessional, I hope the manager or any person can see this review and take some action to correct this place

The employees are uninformed and can’t get anything done correctly because the woman who manages is a complete waste. She watched him struggle for a good thirty minutes.. when he asked for help she said there was nothing she can do.
My photos had every option to resize before sending them and she still refused to acknowledge that.
Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable; the team at the FedEx location located on Spencer Highway in Pasadena is incredible! I have been there multiple times and they have ALWAYS come through in a big, positive way. On more than one occasion, I have had an emergency project and Krystle and the rest of the team have handled them; on time and with great patience. Please go see them for all of your copy, printing and shipping needs.
