Absolutely amazing! Exceeded my expectations all 4 times I had to visit them in literally 10 days. Such great service (they have an overnight key drop box) and I would advise everyone to get tire insurance from them! Saved me so much! Special shout out to Nick!!

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but their service and mechanics did not meet the minimal standards for customer care. How theynachieved a 4.3 rating is beyond my comprehension. The reason they didn't get one star was that i didn't have to find an associate upon entering. I explained that my vehicle needed an alignment, a brake inspection , and a look at some of the engine and stability control codes in the vehicle. To pull the codes, the shop wanted $120.00, something that Autozone does for free.
For about an hour, my car was on rack for inspection. The mechanics maybe looked it over for about 15 minutes before it was transferred to the alignment machine. The car stayed there for an extra 1.5 hours. All that was done was an alignment check.
When i got the car back, the car still had a rubbing and grinding noise when i pulled out from the parking lot.
This shop was non communicative during the entire process and obviously didn't care about customers time nor their satisfaction. Never again.

They pulled my vehicle right in excellent service so far the staff is extremely nice this is the best experience at firestone that I've had on 3/13/24 I was at the firestone in Baytown Texas awful experience I don't advise anyone to go to firestone in Baytown on Garth road this will be my new place to bring my vehicle

No one is perfect, which is the only reason I didn’t score this a 10. Staff is always very professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. One of the best, if not the best, car service I have ever experienced. Gold Star ⭐️!

This store serviced my previous vehicle, stayed open so they could fix the issue, then when I bought a new vehicle n received notices to have something on my vehicle serviced based on Chyrslers calendar but spoke to the manager at the location he informed me of exactly what needed to be done and exactly what the cost would be. I go to no other location, these gentlemen are worth the drive.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Worst decision ever to have my car worked on at this place. I had to take it back twice because they did not properly replace my parts. And it's STILL NOT FIXED, my engine is now smoking, but I'm not taking it back because they obviously don't have anybody who knows what they're doing. There also wasn't any sense of accountability or proper customer service. They also tried to "accidentally" over charge me. Screw this place, DO NOT come here.

The employees were friendly and professional. They explained what all I needed done to my truck. I wasn't pressured to have all of the needed things completed that day. I was also given an estimate on the tires that I need.
