Horrible bank about 2 years ago there was an account and according to the morning yesterday that at that time I was pregnant she lied to me just so I could open an account I think she only saw her transactions and not the Customer Service told me that there I could get a card secure with ITIN and when I tried I was never able to until I spoke to customer service and there they disappointed me and told me that with ITIN they did not give secure cards to anyone

My property was destroyed during the F3 Tornado in Pasadena, Texas two months ago. The day after the Tornado the Bank charged me a Fee, 34 Dollars, because I had a Negative Balance of -33 Dollars at the start of my new Statement. I forgot about the Negative Balance because my life was in a mess because of the destruction of everything I owned the day my monthly statement ended. I called the Bank and was told by the Supervisor that the Negative Balance Fee was NOT going to be removed. I used the Messaging Service on the FCB Website and was told the same thing. Now I owe the Bank 67 Dollars and I lost my home, truck, and job because of the Tornado and the Bank chucked me to the curb. This Bank has no empathy for its customers.

Now they close Sundays and Saturdays. That’s not good they used to open Sundays not no more.

By Looking at the reviews of how the breach operates with the handling of money, I am glad Khyara Newton posted it because one, I would never give them the right to keep me from moving my own money from one place to another in their time. Also, I was about to apply to this bank for a position as a banker and now after this. I am going some where else. Thanks for the reviews.

This isnt about the staff. The staff is always good, but I hate the way this bank operates. My money if not from my job is never available and after 9pm if I wanted to move money from my savings to checking it wont allow me until after 6am the next day. I've been waiting on a check that's been on hold for more than 7days. Makes no sense you wouldn't count the weekends if your branches are open 7days a week.

I like my bank dont get me wrong, however a bank needs a phone number to the store not a 1-800 number. Thats only reason i gave 3 star.
