Maira helped me out so good with my card I lost my card and she helped me out with getting a new one because my card was blocked every time I come in everybody is very attentive and nice and fast I love this bank it always satisfies with their customer service, I recommend this bank to anyone I can because they are so good I love this bank I been with them for a long time I really appreciate everybody that works at this branch .

Worst bank anyone can ever decide to get I am canceling this bank n never again if anyone has this bank I suggest you cancel it they are wrong for what they have done with my card
Very bad location
Every time I come to this branch it's a wait n they expect for us to go away to another branch
This location has always been a hassle but it's the closest one to me just not convenience at all
The ATM is never working very bad customer service as well
Right now I have to stand in line for 1 hours for the system to come back up
The systems are not down it just simply is that there is only one teller very bad location n customer service

Sorry i never really seen a bank that works on 4th of july. When i went to ask for a roll of pennies they told me no because i wasnt a member. Never seen a bank do that earher. Oh well guess I'll see if a customer service is open somewhere. They were rude and just kept asking me to join. Sorry i dont like to be forced to do something. Thats how it felt they way they kept asking me.
