My son is young and wanted to buy me something for my birthday and he bought me ear pods and a case. The ear pods wouldn't work and the case wouldn't fit the broken pods anyways. Anyways the manager wouldn't let me return the items and get score credit because the boxes were open. Eventhough i have to open the box in order to wear them, and then finding out they don't work. My son didn't save a receipt because he's 8, so this the last time I come to this place. Cheap stuff and horrible customer service. Thanks for no help ?
