The person that I was doing business with on my insurance was an awesome individual is not often that you meet customer service with these skills his name was Alex he was extremely patient and understanding the customer he waited on before me was really giving him a hard time and he kept his cool and I noticed this wonderful person for doing his own business I will tell my friends and family and coworkers in college about this location once again thank you so very much Mr Greg

Extremely upset! They are taking care of people without a face mask. When I get in they say oh,you don't have a mask...So long story short, they didn't want to help me because of the face mask, but they help other people without a mask. I've had insurance through Fred Loya half my life. The first 12 years or so without a break, then I finally got a quote that was just a few bucks less and I made the switch. Big regrets, I quickly hated the new insurance company. I returned to FL before the six month policy ended. I periodically check what my rate would be with other companies but no one seems to beat them. This location is close to home but I never have the need to go in unless I lose my cc and need to update automatic withdrawal information.
