My wife took her iPhone here and didn't get scammed from geek squad they were friendly and replaced her battery in about 2 hours before the store closed that day and they were 3 hours away from closing and the price was reasonable

I needed a screen repair and came here to get it done. When I came to my first appointment, I was told they didn't have the part and it would take a week to get it in. Understandable, since my phone is still considered new and it would be expensive. I was told when they call me, I'll be able to come in to drop my phone off. There was a bit of confusion the week after I came in; but it was fixed. Luckily, it took only the next day for my phone to be ready. They handled my phone so well that I was very happy with the repair.

The store doesn’t take phone call right now which is a big inconvenience. You have to go to the store to get an update with Geek Squad because if the update in the system is not up to date. The customer service line can not reach the store. The store should take their phone calls so they can give an update on repairs with Geek Squad. It has been a week and I have not been able to reach the actually store (Geek Squad) to see if they receive my new phone.

Chuck did a great job reinstalling my dash cam. How I wish I'd gone to him in the first place! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and I felt safe.(My apologies if I got his name wrong. I'm 99% sure it was Chuck!) Anyway, he was there on Friday 8/21 for my 12:15 appointment)

Was having a small issue with my computer, they practically told me all the information I had already knowledge of. When I tried to say that I already tried that method, they just disregarded me and told me I could do it myself. No help at all
