Tracy, the manager at Hobby Lobby, deserves a medal for her unparalleled talent in rudeness. Her customer service skills are non-existent, as she managed to transform a simple inquiry into a condescending lecture. If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer, Tracy's your gal. Avoid at all costs unless you have a masochistic streak and enjoy being belittled.
