Placed a pick up order, it wasn't ready even though it was supposed to be per the app. Customer service lady was frustrated because the employees that are supposed to pull orders had apparently not been doing so all day (this an ongoing issue, is what was said) and creating issues/back ups. Yikes.

Most times we go to Home Depot has always been a great experience other then trying to get my husband to leave the store. LOL. We own a business so we are there a lot. Only complaint I have is every once in awhile it’s hard to find an employee when you need one.

Incompetent piece of wasted time and space, Left me waiting 30 minutes went to multiple associates and never got attended to get the material I needed. And I lost my job because of them. Man, they can get worse. They're worse than the home Depot in Kansas City and that was a bad one. Checkout times are insane

DISAPPOINTED....I went to purchase 20 bags of 60lb concrete bags and waited 20 minutes than called to see why has no one helped me and the response was we don't load 20 bags. Informed him bags are to heavy for me to load. Than took another 20 minutes for someone to come help me after I had to go back in to complain while there was 3 boys just sitting on the lawn mowers. Once they finally came out they was throwing the bags into my truck. I always come to this location and have never experienced this with any employee they are always so helpful. The cashier was great by the way Isaela she even kept apologizing for the long wait. But the boy with the maroon jacket I'm speechless of the laziness and how they had no sympathy afterwards just throwing my bags in the truck cause they had to work. DISAPPOINTED

Awful customer service. The manager Jason would not refund me $32 of my $200 deposit back upon returning their insulation blower. It was one hour late and the only reason I didn’t return it on time was because it was storming outside. I even explained to him the entire situation, and he said “it doesn’t matter”. I was trying to protect their product from damage.
