This was the best hotel stay I have ever experienced in Houston. Staff was the absolute best. I forgot her name but I believe it's Danielle. She need a raise. She for sure have the best customer service. I will only book here from now on the Houston area. Only issue was my fridge wasn't cold. Baby from her service I didn't even complain or care. Everything else was 10 out of 10 from breakfast, cleaning, checking in to make sure I'm good, towels, the pool, washer and dryer and the gym. 🖤 love it here. If that's not her name tell her forgive me but I checked in at 3pm on Saturday June 8. Tell her I will see her in July🥰

Comfortable rooms, safe and close to restaurants

I was very pleased with my stay 5-27-25 for one night, room 422.
My room was very clean and comfortable. There was a large kitchen area, with a very nice refrigerator/freezer, large microwave, real drinking glasses, stoneware coffee cups, plates, bowls and even a dishwasher. It was interesting they were playing Christmas music in the lobby in May. The staff were very friendly.
The only recommendation would be to remove the water restrictors in the shower and the faucet for the bathroom sink.
I assume that was the reason for the low water pressure since the kitchen sink had plenty of water pressure.

Rooms: Very spacious and comfortable. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Amenities were high quality and fragrant free.

Scammers. They overbook rooms and will switch the dates of your reservation on you and said you switched it to avoid giving you a refund . I’ve called and told them I’ll deal with that issue later and that I just need to book for the right dates . They told me that all of their rooms are booked. So basically 5 seconds after receiving a notice of change to the dates of my reservation , the TWO rooms I booked are taken ? Nooo, they over booked it . I went online and there was still an option to book the rooms when they told me they were booked. DO NOT BOOK HERE! If they overbook, they will do anything to avoid giving you a refund

Definitely loved our stay here! We always choose Home2 suites but this particular location is one of our favorites! They constantly check on you if you need anything, did see a patrol by the parking at night. If we come back to Houston this is absolutely our go to hotel!

Terrible experience thinking I was booking a nice stay. Definitely feels like a motel 6 that was cheaply remodeled. Rooms were clearly hastely remodeled with paint spots everywhere and wobbly fixtures, Broken down AC units screeching from units all night, terrible frozen food breakfast, dirty halls and no room service even though it says daily (just needed trash taken). Staffing seemed nice but also uninvested.
