Hours: The Houston Business Roundtable was established in 1973 as an association of construction users to be the owners' voice in Houston for the construction industry. From the late '70s through the mid-'80s, HBR's focus turned to all aspects of cost-effective project and construction management including engineering, design, procurement, and construction. Then HBR evolved to broaden its focus to include a major emphasis on safety & health, workforce development, and best practices, not only in construction, but also in the operation and maintenance of the facilities in our industry.
