Took my vehicle for inspection. When I went to get in after they were through, there were 4 greasy fingerprints on my CLEAN light gray upholstery. They denied leaving the prints and are doing NOTHING to clean their mess.

I was getting my car inspected like i do every year and everything went well untill they checked my tint... it was at 18 percent and the legal front driver/passenger tint limit is 25%... they said it wouldnt pass and since i was near the end of the month and needed it inspected i just said whatever to take it off... like are you kidding me? they were nice but i do not like that they lied and i will be calling whoever i have to to get money to get my tint back on WHICH THE TINT WAS DONE AT A DEALERSHIP WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR!!!!!!!!! Didn't mind taking my money did you?

I’ve visited this place 2 times and they get me in and out super fast!I found them by accident, I stopped at the one before them off the BW and they told me everyone was at lunch and sent me away!I am so glad that happened because this place was way better and I can go during my lunch break!! Everyone is super friendly

This place maybe quick but their staff needs possibly better training. I purchased a car for my wife 2 years ago and this will be the first inspection it has had since the date of purchase. No modifications have been done to this vehicle and the inspector failed it due to the manufacturer tint on the windows. He went on to inform me that the legal requirement is 15% and I was at 22%. Upon speaking to another inspector I was informed that the legal requirement wasn't to exceed 25% as stated in sec. 547.613 (b)(1)(a) of the TTC 547. He went on to tell me that he could tear it out right now and inspect it or I could go somewhere else and maybe another inspector will pass it on the down low. Now if I was misinformed about the parameters of window tinting and 15% is the legal limit then i do apologize but I did find the inspector very off putting with his remarks and the way he dealt with me. I have multiple personal vehicle and at work that I will start taking to another inspection facility. I'm all about professionalism and adding value to customers and this place did not add any value.
