Although the person was very nice, my question about the early refund was not answered. It ended up costing me $54 and I still have to wait the normal time for my refund. The early refund offers are a rip off, don't waste your money. I normally do my taxes for free online, but I really needed my refund as soon as possible this year. Now I'm SOL.

Eric was awesome and knowledgeable. I went to the JACKSON HEWITT ON SPENCER HIGHWAY IN PASADENA TEXAS RIGHT BEFORE RED BLUFF TO THE LEFT. THIS OFFICE WAS CLEAN AND ERIC WAS GREAT.

Vanessa is amazing! She’s done my taxes the last 2 years with the most recent year taxes I lived out of state. One other person did my taxes from Jackson Hewitt and totally screwed it up.She’s excellent at what she does and communicates very effectively and professionally! An entire years worth of tax prep in one day! Definitely recommend.

The man working was all by himself. Had referred me to the correct place the day before but I decided to go try him and I wasn't disappointed at all he was very quick and thorough. I would Def make a recommendation to come back.
