Tro's not just a car whiz, but also an artist in both the world of mufflers and sculptures, led me to his "Sculpture Room of Solutions," where we brainstormed. Watch out for that angel made out of spark plugs and that amazing flower with a crow! But, my problem, he's too honest. Ready to hand him a few bills and he used his wrench-fu, made a tweak, and bam, problem solved! The best part? They didn't even charge me! I made a few more visits and was happy to spend money for my cars care. Seriously, these guys are cool and honest.

Troy and Jack are great people. I started going here when a Honda dealership and several other specialists failed to find what was wrong with my 2004 Honda Element. They fixed it and it has been good ever since. I recently followed up with a check-up and oil change. Excellent friendly service. Thank you!

I have been a customer since 1988 and Mr. Jack and his mechanics have been honest, sincere, and provided great service for the last 3 vehicles I've had. What I appreciate about Mr. Jack is that he hears me and is patient. Earlier this year there were engine issues. He told me they were unable to fiix and suggested I go to the dealer. There were issues but each time I inquired with Mr. Jack, he gave sound advice that I discussed with the dealer. Finally years ago I had a Chevette and it had over 252 thousand miles on it. Instead of milking me for repairs It was suggested that I get a new vehicle and that he would not take money from me as the vehicle served me well. Mr. Jack is family to me and I appreciate his honesty with me all these years!

I went in without an appointment because there was a sudden issue with my car where an expected noise was coming from my front left wheel. Troy, one of the owners, immediately looked at the problem, and with the assistance of Robert, diagnosed, and fixed the issue. There was basically trash that got stuck and melted in the crevices of the rotor. They fixed it within 30 minutes and did not even charge me. Highly recommend not just for timely and quality service, but for excellent customer service from all including the other owner Jack. Will come back.

I have trusted J and G Auto for years. They are thorough, honest and give customers a clear understanding of the work needed. My 2006 Toyota is still in top shape due to Jack's wisdom.

I just spoke with Troy on the phone and wanted info on getting a catalytic converter shield installed. He treated me like I was annoying him. To top it all off he called me "honey" and then before I was done he says..."ok byyyyye" and hung up on me. This is the one and only conversation I will ever have with this man. If this is the treatment you get from a 3 minute phone conversation I can't imagine what actually going there would be like. Ladies beware.

J & G Auto Service & Muffler saved my family holiday! After an unbelievably bad experience with Firestone I had no choice but to call the closest repair shop. I got really lucky with J & G Auto Service. As a female I found them very respectful. They looked at my car while I was there and told me what they thought the problem was and what the costs could be. I got a call shortly after confirming that I needed a new starter and it looked like the fly wheel had been damaged. They ended up doing a bit of labor intensive work on the fly wheel so I would not have to buy a new one. I was only charged for the starter and made it to my family on time!
