I went looking for a certain necklace for myself something small and cute and when I asked the woman with the pigmented lisp about it she laughed in my face and said the cross necklaces should be at the bottom somewhere and waved me off like she works at some high end jewelry store. and told someone else to help me. It was the most awkward encounter I ever had with someone so I told her helper I wasn't interested anymore and went ahead n spent money on makeup where the girl way younger than her was so nice and friendly she made great recommendations and when she was checking me out the lisp got on the intercom telling her to call her. It was weird. I won't go back n I hope that makeup artist gets a better job. Or better manager.

I returned 2 dress ties to JCPennys today. I charged it on my credit card. I was told that my 60 day window expired by 2 days so they on gave me 1/2 the refund of 45 dollar x 2. Then they only gave me a store credit of half. When the transaction was over I asked them if they were going to put it back in stock and how much. The associate scan the ties and they gave came up full price of 45 dollars each. So they gave me 1/2 but selling it again at full price. I felt violated. If they would have sold it for 1/2 I can see that. But full price? WOW!!!!.
