First time customer. I walked in and stood at the counter for 10mins (trying to check in for my wax appt) before anyone said hello or asked what I needed help with. I will be making that drive to my usual wax place from now on. Do not come here !

I have always gone to get my eyebrows waxed and I had not had a problem until today, terrible service, they plucked my eyebrows badly, they left it all crooked, another person wanted to fix it and left it worse, honestly I will never go back

eye brows were not the best they look kinda stupid i can't even lie the lady that worked there was nice but when i payed i payed 9$ then over night while i was asleep unknowingly the price got updated and put me in negatives from $9 to $10.35

Worst experience. My whole eye lid was cut by the thread. It hurt and started bleeding and they continuously tried to keep threading my eyebrows. Then the lady charging got upset at me because I didn’t want to pay or let them touch my eyebrows anymore. If you care about your eyebrows don’t come here. I now have a swollen eye.

It's honestly hard for me to find places to get anything done that I really like.. but the first day that I tried this place months back for eyebrow threading I fell in love with this place.. great service, not expensive, very friendly, and I never waited to long to get attended.. this is the only place I go to for my eyebrows.. I love the service so much that I always tip ?

Perfect brows. After Harvey my regular lady has not reopened. I've searched and finally found someone that makes my brows match me. Thank youI've been going here faithfully for 3 years. Went in yesterday for eyebrows and neck. I was charged $36. That's to much. My time with this place has ended.Service: Eyebrow threading
