The three employees were nice but the store has morphed into more of a low rent / flea market vibe and a fire entrapment hazard. Not sure what happened but we’re shopping elsewhere as long as it remains in its current state. Frankly, it was disgusting.

I hadn't used my Kohl's Card in forever and needed to purchase some items. The lady at the service booth used my ID to let me know that even though I didn't have my card it was a way to still take care of my business. Man was that great news.

I use them for an Amazon drop-off, but then they gave me a coupon, so of course I had to use the coupon. I love this place.

I found what I wanted to purchase, waited only a short time to checkout, and was happy to be able to use my cash coupon as well as an additional 25% discount. The Pasadena store was very clean, well-organized, and associates were friendly and efficient.

I had to return a few items that I had ordered online and I didn’t have any of the paperwork. The lady at the return desk assured me that it would be no problem. And she was right. She found both purchases and returned them to the store account within minutes. She was very pleasant and efficient. That made my trip worthwhile.

I went in to their store at Kohl’s on fairmont parkway in Pasadena tx and they didn’t have the size of sketchers I wanted so I didn’t get a pair of those . So I decided to buy under amour tennis shoes that plainly said 45.00 so I decided to grab them , when I got to the counter it cost me 75.00 then when I called I explained that to one of their employees I asked her why and she got very rude and hung up on me . In writing reviews on yelp too these people need to put the right price on stuff instead of there false advertisement then when I did talk to the lady not only was she rude as hell she hung up on me so I wouldn’t give them a penny of my money. They’re too high anyway.

Recently bought a set of nice clothes. But, the store could offer more of a variety. Online shopping as always has a better line of clothing to choose from.
