THIS IS A VERY HONEST REVIEW !! REAL REVIEW please just take care of your babies! :,,( they had my baby locked up in a crib all day no play time but 15minutes a day and he would come out crying all the time he’s eyes where swollen from all the crying he did all day he is only a baby 12 months but he had to be restrained no outside time no play time the food is horrible no blankets nothing was right i always felt so bad taking him there now my baby goes to koala cubs and they have been amazing 🥲 my baby literally is the happiest baby ever please please from one mother to another just know its a jail for your babies there they do not let them touch anything or play with anything they have to remain strapped and restrained from everything ever since he moved i can now see a HUGEEEE DIFFERENCE FROM MY BABY BEING AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION HE IS WAY HAPPIER CALMER AND THEY HAVE THE APP BRIGHTWHEEL TO KEEP ME UPDATED ABOUT HES ACTIVITIES 🥹 best decision ever was taking him out of here my heart is at peace please do not take your babies there this was the worst day care i have ever taken my baby too…seriously heartbreaking 💔
RESPONSE TO THE OWNER WHO IS IN DENIAL AND OBVIOUSLY IS NOT CONCERNED ABOUT PARENTS WORRIED ABOUT THEIR CHILD 🤦♀️
SIR I WAS NOT TAKING MY SON DAILY BECAUSE HE WOULD ALWAYS CRY AND COME OUT WITH HES EYES SWOLLEN AND YOUR WORKERS WHERE THE ONES WHO TOLD US THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE PLAY TIME ALL DAY BUT 15 MINUTES A DAY AND THE REST OF THE DAY THEY HAVE TO BE RESTRAINED OR IN THE CRIB WITH NO BLANKET ALSO THEY SAID THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH THE TOYS AROUND THE ROOM SINCE THEY CAN GET HURT SO ITS ALL A FAKE AND FOR SHOW YOU ARE THE REASON THEY WILL NEVER GIVE ATTENTION TO THE KIDS AND FOR YOU TO STILL ATTACK A PAYONG CUSTOMER IS HORRIBLE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I am very thankful for Kool Kids daycare. I had to look into new transportation for my daughter, to and from school. My only complaint is better communication. My heart dropped to my stomach when I was told that my daughter had not arrived to the school yet. Only to find out that there is multiple routes and they have to pick up from many different schools. I was able to keep my composure and just wait for my child to arrive but for new parents who are utilizing kool kids, just ask multiple questions.‘I think the staff may just be overwhelmed with the amount of kids they handle and I can understand that. Overall my daughter seems happy to come here, before and after school. I am pleased with their services.

LOVEEEE the staff and the teachers at Kool kids daycare . They are awesome with the children . Very flexible and understanding . If there is any issues , they are taken care of immediately. Definitely recommend :)

Kool kids daycare has teachers there that love on all of my kids. They provided me with the peace of mind I need by caring for my kids while I’m finishing law school. I have kids in all age groups and I’m impressed with how they teach them, feed them, and keep them safe. The teachers even assisted with potty training my toddler. They stay open 6 days a week with very good hours and they report everything to me in real time. I also enjoy reading the daily activity chart they send home with each student. If I don’t understand something, Nancy and the owner take the time to explain & work with me. I truly appreciate all of them. Also, your kid may come home speaking Spanish as an added bonus from the staff lol.

I love this Daycare and so does my daughter. The staff is awesome with her! My daughter has been coming for a few years now and I have never had a problem unlike the previous daycare she was at. Plus I like that they are open on Saturdays cause it works with my work schedule it's a win win. I really recommend it!

As a parent you don't want to think about having to put your babies in the care of someone else, but when I came across Kool Kids daycare the staff was very welcoming. I just popped in no scheduled appointment and what I saw made me make my decision on this establishment. I met the new owner and she is awesome. Always has a smile and takes the time to greet you and asks how you are doing. Every time I pick up my kids they are always in good shape. My infant always has a clean diaper and a full tummy and my 9yr old always asks if he can go to daycare. I'm glad I made the right choice. Happy momma ?

I love Kool Kids day care they really do take care of my daughter. For the past 3 years I've never had no complaints only compliments and there head start program is amazing.Nancy (Director), Veronica (office manager) and Cyndy (Owner) along with the staff make my daughter and my self feel welcome and like family.

I am so happy with this daycare the staff is great. And the New owner is so nice and sweet.She cares for the well being of our children. My little girl is so happy to be at this daycare. She loves the ladies that take care of her. And loves her little friends.
