Tried to get gas yesterday was only $3.40 something on my card said it was declined at the register but still went through on my card, can't break a $100 same old lady with an attitude for no reason.

Do away with self-checkout. if I wanted to work for Kroger I would put in an application. If you want my business you will employ people to do the job at Kroger. Don't rely on me for free labor

The bathrooms are DISGUSTING! One stall had toilet paper thrown everywhere, one was clogged, and the last one was completely out of toilet paper. I told a lady who works there and she didn't even seem surprised or bothered to do anything about it. This isn't the first time I've seen their restrooms messy. Once I walked in and found a used pregnancy test thrown on the floor along with a half eaten cookie.

ATTENTION KROGER SHOPPERS (the Kroger at Spencer & Red Bluff) Jim received a voice mail (clearly stating "****** and the voicemail transcribed said the same thing. He went to the Pharmacy and spoke with the Pharmacy manager on duty and the Assistant Store Manager, Andrew, who refused to take any type of responsibility for this. I shop at this store all the time but here lately the homeless/ panhandlers are out of control. Before I even put my car in park I have a man trying to sell me something. It's rather scary management needs to get these people to move along, they are always posted up by there by the red box machines.

I lost a $50 bill,which had to have been lost when I was at the register pulling out my money. Obviously,someone had to have seen me drop it and know it was me. All I had asked the employees if they could please just ask around since that was a substantial amount of money and what I was going to use to pay my rent. They just said there was nothing they could do,not even taking the time to ask. The employees are never very friendly in this store and I am disappointed in the way the store is ran.
