The people working there are friendly and try to help save money on the price of prescriptions. They are out of serveral meds and you have to wait to get them.

Honestly, if your a black young couple. Save yourself the time and aggravation by shopping at a different location. We decided that after today grabbing the necessary ingredients for our meal, that's we would no longer shop here. We go to self checkout every time (until today) and it's never failed that only one of their self checkout guys,, invades our space and overly watches us and eyeballs us. We were cool with it up until today. Like a mf can't peacefully walk in their to purchase dinner without the prejudice fucking looks and acts as if we tryna highjack shit. Like broski chill ,,, ontop of that the manager looking high as hell... couldn't even keep eye contact with me after I gave them the ,,, Look(implying back tf off). #0stars

I like the store myself. All Pharmacist and Interns (assistants) are not above the law. They will mind somebody so the Public is properly protected by laws that are governed to serve and and protect like the F.D.A. STATED all employees that handel your prescriptions
must properly display State license. Then when requested must show proff of State Documented licenses per your polite request. Same as they want to see your State license to receive your medications or anyone whom picks up said controlled substances must show State licenses prior to disturbation. Tip use cell phone if possible to take photo. Complaints must clearly and Correctly spell name and license # number which is unique to each employee and must be included on report spelling counts. Dont forget to add Head Pharmacist license that was on duty at time of incident. Drugs cannot be distributed in less a fully licensed Pharmacist is on duty. Period! See Also on licenses complete info of how, who, when and where to formally make public complaints. If unable
to read its the address to Report Complaints: via Texas Human Health and Services Commission in Austin Texas. Be advised pharmacies are allowed to refuse service to anyone but must do so in a professional manor ethically whether manger or Pharmacist likes it or not. So a well "prof read" documented letter which includes the date, time and store # number location at the time of incident. Use cell phone to take picture of license If possible. Then describe how the demoralizing, unprofessional manors and describeing attitude of person you are making Report on. Be careful not to state what someone else "thought or felt" when includeing any other store employees but how they acted and treated you as a result. Include how you felt, not only at the time but how you felt about incedent even after it was over.
Then if possible include names of your witness including current contact information. This report will stay on their proffesional licenses indefentally. Which is in turn reviewed in front of the T.H.H.S.C. Board at the time and reviewed perodically for follow-ups if Review Board determined infractions occurred...especially if this was NOT the first time. Also this can effect pay rate and possible future employment with same company or different locations and any other Pharmacies. License are reviewed by any other Pharmacy in the State of Texas prior to future employment. So companies may deny employment or State may revolk license or place on Probation. Its that serious...Like a heart attack or the D.E.A. M.H.M.R. Hippo Laws many ways they can be reperminded by not just Krogers...so feel free to go over their heads make legitimate complaint keep your dignity and also keep on Krogering...God Bless us all.

It's not perfect but damn it I like it. It's small so it's easy to find everything unlike heb where the sheer amount of people make everything overwhelming. And the homeless guys smoking with the employees on break just add to the overall experience

I'm only giving it a 1 star because I have to! I had a run in with the so-called mgr of this store 2 weeks ago. He was rude, hatefully and told me he didn't give a hoot if I ever shopped at a Kroger agn. I reported this episode to the corporate office. I gave the complete address, date and time to them along with my email address and phone number and my Kroger card number. I've received 3 different emails now from Kroger requesting the above information again before they will help. Corporate evidently doesn't give a care either! This store is filthy, dirty nasty all over! Once again, I WILL NEVER VISIT ANY KROGER EVER AGAIN! I didn't pay money to just be insulted!

I have called to check on a prescription 5 times today. Every time I was put on hold and never answered. I waited 25 minutes one of the times I was on hold. I had a very simple question that would have taken seconds to answer.

I used the walk-up window and could clearly see at least 5 people and I know for sure they could see me. I waited a minutes before pressing the call button because they clearly could see me waiting to be acknowledged. No one said “give us a min, we’ll be right with you” or anything. I finally pressed the call button and no one responded at all. I was just standing there. That is ridiculous! Customer service was horrible today.

The store is small compared to most. But the Gas station attendant is very rude and mannerless. She makes you feel like you are a bother. The way she talks to other people when they ask a question like she doesnt even want to be bothered. She shouldnt work there if she feels like customers are a bother.

The worst pharmacy ever. They screwed up my prescription order and tried to have me coming back every 3 days like a dope fiend for a medicine that I desperately needed. And tried to blame it on my doctor and insurance company on why I wasn't getting a full months supply at once. Switched to Walgreens hadn't had a issue or problem yet.
