Arrived to store around 10:55pm. Store closes at 11pm. I obtained one item, milk. Entrance doors weren't on auto. Male worker had to manually open them. Informed him I was getting ONE item & he said "that's what everyone says." I proceed QUICKLY to dairy where I encountered a tall, possibly balding, heavyset White male worker who inquired "what are you getting?" I stop in my tracks and said "milk." He asked "what kind?" I stated "2%." He waved his hand for me to come with an IMPATIENT look. I hurriedly continued to dairy and almost slipped due to wet floor. Don't recall seeing a CAUTION sign. After retrieving milk, WITH CONSIDERATION asked "are all the aisles wet?" Very SNARKILY he replied "that's what happens when the store closes." I responded "the time is 10:57. Store closes at 11." TERRIBLE customer service. If store hours end at 10:55, SAY THAT! And I checked out all by 11:00. Not to mention previous days when i go through self checkout the workers are all on your neck. If I need help I'll ask.

Today I took my baby to the bathroom, I took care of my shopping cart so they wouldn't remove it so I wouldn't have to go through the supermarket again since my baby doesn't like to spend a lot in supermarkets and I took my child to the bathroom I told the baby no. I peed on the floor but I wasn't that close to it and the baby peed on the floor since he is just learning the bathroom process. There was a woman inside the bathroom with the door closed who was not observing what was happening and left the bathroom. All upset to complain about what happened, I only responded that I didn't want problems and this lady kept judging me like a mother and I continued my purchasing process. One of the employees approached me along with the woman who kept playing with me and saying horrible things to me in front of the entire supermarket. I didn't know why she was doing that and I explained the situation to the man and even then the man was not kind, he didn't treat me well and decided to take responsibility for what happened. What happened is very unfortunate. Whoever observed that woman on this day, be careful, she's going for the life judging without seeing what is happening and with respect to this man it is unfortunate that he stains all his work equipment with an unkind attitude since he even turned his back on me when I spoke to him I will never go to this supermarket again, my son and I deserve a kind treatment and what happened is just a baby who is in the learning process. It is very sad that they did not treat that way and that they allowed that woman everything she told us.

The floral lady alone gets 5 stars. She was very nice, friendly, and helpful. She went way above and beyond what was necessary and I wasn't even buying flowers from her. Thank u very much. She definitely deserves a raise. All the staff is friendly but she deserves a special thanks

Good morning everybody I just wanted to let somebody know that I went to the Kroger on Red bluff and inside the bakery I was looking for a certain design for my child and this lady went out of her way to do everything she could to help me with that and I appreciate that and you know what this lady needs an award for that we need very very good people like that I went to the other Kroger on Spencer highway they did not want to help me HEB did not want to help me but this lady is named Jacklin and I would appreciate it if someone would award her for that there is not so many people out there that would do what she did

My husband and I have been shopping here since 1993. I've told my husband not to go in there anymore. We were shopping on a Sunday afternoon everybody's standing around that's supposed to work. My husband asked which register is open because there were 30 people behind us wondering the same thing. No lights were on this lady said I'm open my lights just not turned on yet. We got in her line and my husband asked her to turn the light on because other people were trying to figure out where to go. She started screaming at my husband and she said that if she was off she would meet him in the parking lot and take care of him. Her name was Roxanne. My husband talked to management later that week they did nothing. Fast forward one month my husband was shopping alone in the clearance section A lady came up to him and grabbed the can out of his hand. He told the lady I'll tell you what you can stick all this up your butt and he actually put his canned goods back in the clearance where she could have everything. He left the area and continue shopping. Then he was questioned by management about what he did. He was confused he said that lady grabbed my stuff they didn't believe him. He has moved his prescriptions out of that store and he's never going back to it. Is this the way Kroger likes to treat their long time customers. That's a shame because you have heroes like Sharon and Gary that work there that are awesome. I have never in my life seen a worker threaten a customer.

I really come to this store very often, they always have offers with the use of your Kroger card, I love buying flowers in these stores but especially this one, they have always served me very well, only that they lack cleaning in the bathrooms, even inside the bathroom It only has 2 toilets for women and 1 of them does not have a door, which is for use by the disabled. I think they should pay more attention to that.
