My "go to place", used shop most of time at HEB, but they priced me out the door.
I have more benefits ar Kroger, much better prices and sales. Have to say, I miss the free samples at HEB, but not the prices!

Terrible. I walked out without my groceries, and lost an hour and a half.
Three employees ignored me while the self-check was waiting on them. They were busy horsing around. No normal check lanes were open.

Very disappointed I bought the Kroger brand bread never again will I pay a 1:88 for hard bread they need to take that off the shelf. I will go to Joe vs they have bread one dollar less and it’s always fresh learned my lesson real quick

Self check out personnel constantly watches over you like a hawk and proceeds to annoy you over and over with “did you scan that yet” multiple times. Like your job ain’t that serious, if I need you, I’ll ask you.

Worst experience I've ever had from ordering on the app! Ordered delivery on 12/02/2023, it got cancelled the same night for whatever reason, but I still haven't received my EBT refund! I've called multiple times , got a case number, went back and forth with them, just for them to say they finally "manually issued the refund" on 01/10/2024 & that it should be "5-7 business days" until I receive it. It's 01/22/2024 & still nothing !!!!!!!!

I actually went there for Blue Runner canned beans but they do NOT carry them. I bought ground beef, frzn lasagna and other meats etc. Found everything else.

I placed an online order for pick up & without my consent my order was canceled! I do not receive. A text nor a phone call regarding my order! If it not because i checked my email, i would have NEVER KNOWN. MY ORDER WAS of $115 was cancelled!! Now to wait 2 days for my money to be returned! & be without groceries to feed my family is ridiculous!!!!!’ The excuse given when I called is because I ordered a wine bottle & ID was not on file! Like seriously!?! My entire order was cancelled over a $10 wine bottle!!! Many times I have ordered wine at the Kroger on Woodforest in Houston & i. Never came across this issue nor excuse to cancel my entire order! We are not in time to play with anyones money! & all I got was an apology fromThe manager Eugene!

Had to share this...I was at the store right before closing time at 11pm, so I was in a hurry and unknowingly left my phone in the handheld basket. Three hours later, I realized my phone was missing, and after finding its current location at Kroger, I called the store, not expecting anyone to answer at 2am. However, a man answered, and after explaining the situation, he put me on hold to speak with his manager. About a minute later, he was back on asking me to describe my phone, which I did. He then told me to come on by and that there is a doorbell I can ring and someone will come out. I drove over, and the gentleman was waiting at the front entrance with my phone. I wish I had asked him his name, so I'm hoping he will see this review. Thank you very much. Excellent customer service!
