I was skeptical about coming here because of the reviews but I must say I had a great experience. I came in for blood work. I was in and out and the lady was real nice and patient.

HEY THAT PIC IS WRONG BUILDING! The sign reading "SPA / WTLOSS" is not LabCorp!! It's located in the strip center with the Urgent Care... 1 block east. That picture needs to be deleted now!! And it only took 5 minutes at LabCorp, very professional.

Staff members are nice, friendly and quick, but they don’t know what stat means. My doctor never gets the report until mid afternoon the next day! While the other location like Webster, they will get the results later that same day. It’s frustrating when my doctor does not get my results same day because it affects my care. Love the new clinic though. Wish they would send out labs quicker for stat bloodwork.

Came here for blood work and it was so fast. Not like quest diagnostics you schedule an appointment and you will be seen in 2 hours. Here at LabCorp is fast and it's literally a couple minutes from quest.

Today was my second time experience to be there at LabCorp. I can't complaint about my first visit a year ago, but today, I noticed rude behavior from staff. They weren't cooperative and just talking loudly without any care of visitors or patients. It was looking like more staff then the visitors. One of them was totally ignoring.

I thought I was going to wait hours since I was a last minute referral and a walk in but I was wrong. As soon as I finished checking in I sat down for 10 seconds and was called in to the back. The lady was super nice, respectful, and quick! She had a light hand so I didn't feel anything and she made small talk to make me feel comfortable as well.

I rarely leave a review but this place deserves it. Came with my girlfriend for her employment drug test. After checking in, she asked the lab worker if she could use the restroom, since it is inside of the lab. The issue was not that they denied her restroom usage, but the rudness and umprofessionalism that the message was delivered.Stay away from this place, another lab might be able to appreciate your business more than they do.

I was scared to come to this location because of all the bad reviews, but I was pleasantly proven wrong. You have to know the people that works here don’t have to be your friend or treat you like you’re their loved one. I didn’t experience any rudeness or was mistreated. I made my appointment on the website, even though you don’t need to because you can walk in and check-in digitally on the spot. You will have to wait until your name is called (I waited 20min) please pay attention every time they call. Make sure you have your doctors/company order or confirm with your doctor/company that they have send them the info. The blood work procedure was very smooth.

My wife went for blood work and the staff was rude and inconsiderate. Some big rude blk lady was the culprit, didn’t get her name. This is the first one start review I’ve ever left but deserving.

I had to come in for a drug test and wasn’t able to pee so the lady told me to wait there for an hour and had me drink four cups of water which no problem, it was the comments she made to my classmate is what was unprofessional, she told her she needed to pee a lot and not to be like me.

First girl was ehh. Had to leave print out the order that was on my phone bc I guess things aren’t paperless in 2022. Came back and dealt with Hailey. She was awesome and painless.

Went there for a test and got there at around 4:15 pm. The clerk was very rude, she started yelling at me telling me that the close 4:30. I thought she was going to hit me. I turned around and left. Will need to look for another clinic

Bad communication rude I had to go there for a drug screening they were understaffed which I can understand given the time period. I signed in digitally and was not informed that it was not valid because I did it 4 minutes before there lunch break was over so now I have been sitting here for 40 minutes not knowing I was waiting on nothing

Went there for a test the staff was very rude and unprofessional, had to re do the test process and the lady said I needed to wait 1 hr to re do it after the hour I asked how much longer I needed to wait,the lady who went to the door was very rude since the beginning and said I needed to wait until they called me again, I needed to use the restroom because I had drink lots of water in order to re do the test, my husband who accompanied me inside asked her why I needed to wait so long and the lady there told him that he shouldn't even be in there and threatened him with calling the police if he didn't leave the office, when he was clearly not been rude or aggressive in any way, I told her she was been rude and she was providing bad customer services to what she responded "horrible" she really knows what kind of service she provides and clearly does not care, she also threatened me with writing a report to my employer about this situation.Never going back to this location again.Labcorp needs to provide a customer service training to their employees.
