My sister and I waited a whole Damm 2 hour to get out of this place just for a simple Damm pedicure. Since they don’t have enough workers the man who is in the front starts you off on your pedicure, don’t even know what he is doing! Lauren needs to hire more people, the waiting time varies but usually an hour wait is for sure! Not coming back! Horrible experience!!!!

The first time I came to this place I got my feet done and they hurt me. When I told the girl to do it slowly so she wouldn't hurt me and she gave it to her, they still told me to sign a paper that says that I am responsible if I get infected, and I didn't sign it because I didn't ask her to hurt me, I just told her to be careful twice and I'm pregnant and if something happens to me, I'm responsible for my health because of the bleeding.

Bad experience i usually only go to this place because my sister likes it but i on the other hand wont be returning. Lady that was doing my pedi was hurting me so much and i kept telling her but she seemed to not understand till the guy that greets people in at the front door told her something. Then the owner started to do my mani and oh boy did it go more south. That lady doesn’t have enough workers so she decided to rush with my service and was also hurting me with the nail file she kept telling me too relax even asked if it was my first time getting nails. But no lady it’s my first time getting treated like this i couldn’t relax and just wanted it to be over the designs on my nails look so bad literally looks rushed. Please save your money because 1. it will be expensive and 2. the nails won’t match the price. Sloppy job .

First time going to that place and I’m somewhat happy and somewhat unsatisfied with the way my nail set came out.
Some of the nails were left uneven or crooked, now matter what angle I turned them, you can see the unevenness of them. I asked if she could make my nail path look straight and she said she would, but didn’t fix it like other places would do.
The nails were bulky and the tips of the nails were left thick and unpainted. In One of my nails she tried to add another coat to fix an error but you can clearly see the new coat instead of doing that nail again or redoing that area.
She had also left some nail polish on the tip of my finger, I had to remove that myself.
Overall experience:
Guest service was good, felt welcomed and all, I just didn’t like how my nails came out.
I’m thinking of going somewhere else and getting them taken off and redone.
Requested style: On one of the hearts the wanted to do a squiggly line for one side of the heart, I had to tell her that’s not how it is in the picture.
Stylist: I don’t remember her name, pretty sure she was new.

If i could leave something less than 1 star i would! The customer service was terrible and i did not get what i asked for. These nails were for my birthday which was the next day so i had no time to take them off!
Stylist: Did not listen to what i was asking for and kept talking over me.

I have been coming here for about 2 years , i usually get the same type of nails 💅… I wanted to do something little different today, I asked prior to the service if this is some that they offer. The owner said they did not offer the “glass nails” there which I was fine with , I asked for an almond nail shape. I ended with a pointy shape nails! Not only did she refuse to reshape! She threw her hands up and yelled at me saying that that’s the best she could do! See , if that’s the best she could’ve done I would be okay with it , next time I will not ask for that shape and that’s that. But she Yelled at me!! In front of other customers! Like if I was a stubborn kid in her shop! The disrespect is what I do not tolerate! LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER! After 2+ coming at least 3X a month!
Requested style: Lauren the owner (not her real name) she is fast an does a good job overall , but don’t contradict her or ask her to fix a mistake, she will yell at you and disrespect you in front of other customers, she will also proceed to remove your nails on the spot.
Stylist: Very disrespectful.

Brought my mom to get a pedicure, being that she's diabetic has to have "special" care but was grateful that a lady named Nancy helped her and was able to help her, my mom was very satisfied with the service, thank you for that!🙂👏

I love my nails!!!!!! I took myself and my 2 girls for some much needed relaxation! I also got my eye lashes done. It was my first time ever. Unfortunately not even 2 days and they all started to fall off. Within 4 days they were all gone. Definitely do not get lashes done here!!

Writing this review for my sister in law. She had the worst experience with two of the ladies that did her toes and lashes. The first lady she had was doing her toes. The lady proceeded to judge the way she did her own eyebrows. She kept talking bad the whole time and making her feel bad. The Second was a different one she did her lashes but anyways she carried on saying that she shouldn’t do her own eyebrows that my sister in law should come in an different day and pay her to do them. I’m not sure what else happened with the first lady she had but my sister in law felt uncomfortable the whole time she did her toes. Overall she’s never coming back again.
I would give two stars if it wasn’t for her but on my end I got my lashes done and they didn’t last longer than three days. Another thing is that the lady that did my toes she messed up on my big toe there was some polish scrapped off and once I told a different lady if there was any way to fix it she told her and she rushed through the process to fix it.
